Dr.ir. Arjen Bergsma

Arjen received his MSc degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Twente in 2009. In 2016 he obtained a PhD from the Radboud Nijmegen Medical Center, Department of Rehabilitation, on functioning of the upper limb in neuromuscular disorders. From 2009 until 2019 he was closely connected to the Biomechanical Engineering Department of the University of Twente, where he worked on assistive technology for people with muscular weaknesses. Since 2019 he is working at the Dutch Research Council domain Applied and Engineering Sciences (NWO-TTW).
