Biography
Dr. Caroline Fischer is an Assistant Professor in the section Public Administration at the University of Twente. In general, her work employs a micro-level perspective on the public sector, among others healthcare, with an emphasis on the motivation, values, attitudes, and behavior of professionals in the public sector as well as clients or citizens. Caroline is engaged in interdisciplinary research, especially in the THT community, working on digital transformation in the healthcare sector.
