Biography
As a HR manager at Rijnstate hospital since 2017 responsible for strategic choices concerning organizational change and staffing. Part of the daily management team of Rijnstate. Member of the HR advisory board of NVZ. Studied social- and organisational psychology and recently finished the executive MBA at TIAS. Started her career as a HR consultant at LTP and worked (also self employed) in the field of personal development, training and organizational development.
