The Pioneers in Healthcare initiative centres around technical solutions to surpass healthcare limitations and implement innovative technology in medical practice. Collaboration between researchers and clinicians drives this programme, with innovation vouchers provided as seed money for projects targeting specific clinical issues, promoting long-term collaboration and enhanced patient care. The fund seeks to foster valorization and attract new partners to advance healthcare innovation in the Twente and Salland region. In the session, we highlight the successes achieved in the past decade.
